"Every 10mt of potential spodumene resource is around A$80-120m of exploration value"
That is 10mt of rock, not 10mt of LCE (lithium carbonate equivalent).
If that rock has a 1.4% grade, it contains just 140,000t of lithium. That comes out higher (maybe around 700,000t) when converted to lithium carbonate but you can't compare the value of unprocessed spodumene rock to the value of lithium carbonate.
From the web;
"One tonne of lithium content = 5.3 tonnes of lithium carbonate (Li2CO3) = ~37 to 43 tonnes of spodumene concentrate"
