According to IRA Act, In case of Qualified Opportunity Fund (QOF) investment (private equity fund that invests in QOZs), the Investors can claim a 25% tax credit on their investment over a period of 10 years.
In case of non-private equity fund, the investor can claim 10% tax credit on their investment over a period of 10 years.
