He met all what he promised. Remaining in stealth mode amazingly he added 20,000 acres in the portfolio.
He engaged Deloitte, Macquarie, Aquifier and Auckland university. And while waiting for the JORC in the backend he explored takeover scenarios. He was completely ready with the website and as soon as JORC received he launched the campaign.
In the webinar he expressed - "Only thing makes him sleepless is any recession".
I wants to tap the deal ASAP. My gut feel is we may already in the advance stage of buyout and get the deal finalised sooner. After that it may take 3 months for the due deligence.
