    average Lithium price for next 25 years is $25000 USD per tonne
    30 years discount rate 4%
    Mine life 25 years
    Allkem per tonne cost is $6500 (as benchmark)
    Production 77ktpa

    Then the NPV for Phoenix will be $19 Billion USD.
