to put it into perspective if phoenix was to bought for usd 2 5 bil that’s 50 bags. for those at the exchange rate you guys went in which was 74.2c or so. it’s an additional 9 bags as you guys went in at usd $49 mil valuation not usd $50 mil from memory. so 60 bags nearly$$$$$ guys huge tax bills await!!
