I'm curious about the scenario where the stock isn't held in escrow; could manipulative actions enable promoters to sell their shares and invest in tangible companies? It's uncertain if this would work in real.
If Phoenix Lithium couldn't get a decent bid, opting for a Nasdaq listing under favorable market condition might be more appealing. Nonetheless, my preference is for buyout over an initial public offering (IPO). The future will unveil the outcome.
