    Highlight of the article:

    - Lot of groups that are very interested to either partner with us or provide capital.

    [1] I interprete "Partership" as JV between establied player of industru and Phoenix. In this JV other party will build plant and Phoenix will share the resource [Same like Wesfarmer & MinRes]. They may begin with 1400 to 5000 tonnes of capacity and increasing it to full capacity by 2030. Based on the current trend in industry major projects are witnessing delays. Recently Controlled Thermal Resource, EnergyX pushed out production deadline from 2024 to 2025.

    [2] "Providing Capital" is more like cap raise which could be best when Li prices were at peak and not now. The capital provider may infuse upto $250M at certain valuation and Nick/Arnold will have to build the plant. JV would be better choice as we get involment of industry participant who may execute better with deadline. Building on are own may derail whole thing.

    How as a shareholder we expect to exit from this? Unsure.
