    Definitely the latter.

    Its pretty clear that there hasn't been an offer that was so overwhelmingly good that they couldn't refuse, otherwise as you'd imagine, it would've been snapped up and we wouldn't be in the position we are at the moment. Others have commented that the longer this drags on, the better it is for us, which is complete nonsense.

    It's almost a given, in my opinion, that we are either going see a partial payout + equity in whoever is purchasing, or the undesirable path of IPO
