I didn't say this was a dud. I don't even know what the offer was as I didn't even get offered this pre-IPO as a 708 investor, just like in the past I didn't get offered good IPOs as a 708. Usually it's the duds they email out to all 708 clients where they open below IPO price. That has been my experience.
