Project Summary East Brawley – Imperial Valley, CA. PL has used its proprietary knowledge of the Imperial Valley’s Geothermal Reservoirs to locate and acquire the most favourable surface and mineral rights available within the known geothermal productive zones.
➢ The plan is to create an asset roll-up which provides a multi-optioned strategy of Lithium/minerals development and/or a targeted exit or sale. ➢ The project has 3 deep geothermal wells drilled upon it and existing mineral analysis. We have targeted this asset as it allows us to fast-track and de-risk our development strategy. It also has the material benefit of saving ~US$50 million in well field infrastructure as this is already in place. ➢ East Brawley is shaping as one of the world’s largest and most strategically located Lithium resources.
