Just doing some research into the well.

    Phoenix-1 Gas
    Phoenix-2 Gas shows only
    Keraudren-1 Water
    Darwin-1 Water
    Minilya-1 Water

Phoenix-1 logs and core analysis indicate very low porosity (average porosity of 9%, ranging from 4–15%).
Phoenix-2 The targeted reservoirs showed significantly lower permeabilities compared to Phoenix 1, and therefore had lower hydrocarbon saturations. Calculations based on the low permeabilities, indicated that commercial hydrocarbon flows could not be obtained from the reservoir sandstones. Therefore, no production testing was carried out.
Keraudren-1 average to good porosity of 12%, ranging from 6–15%).
Darwin-1 showed variable but good porosity. Sandstones with effective porosity
Minilya-1 showed variable but good porosity. Sandstones with effective porosity.

    Phoenix-1 Fault traps
    Phoenix-2 Fault traps
    Keraudren-1 No Trap closure
    Darwin-1 No trao closure
    Minilya-1 No trap closure

    Critical Risks
Effective hydrocarbon generation in the Rowley Sub-basin is a major risk, because of the lack of significant hydrocarbon discoveries. However, the interpreted gas column at Phoenix 1 is evidence of generation within the Sub-basin, and widespread grains with oil inclusions discovered in wells across the Roebuck and offshore Canning Basins may be indicative of widespread migration.
Therefore, the lack of significant discoveries could be in part due to a lack of valid traps, or due to breaching by recent movement on these fault traps, rather than a lack of oil charge the timing of trap and seal development and late gas migration.

On this bases I personally think that the ROC prospect has a much better chance of providing the required trap we require
than Phoenix, looking at the seismic only.

The porosity and permeability of the sandstone is of some concern which does improve to the East and South. However there seems to be sources rocks to the North & West.

This will need balls of steel to hold on to the bottom of the hole and testing. Really does have slim chances in my book but rewards for success are huge with us having the 50% in the 2x adjacent blocks.
