What I really like to hear is a actual person on line and not a recorded voice (even if it is a beautiful voice ). When I hear that impersonal voice say: For service A press button one : For service B press two, I immediately want to hang up. Ah for the good old days when you actually talked to a real person and not to a machine or worse still a person in a call centre somewhere in another part of the world who answeres your questions from a script and doesn't know anything about your problem or circumstances. My contribution to this discussion probably won't solve anything but it is very theraoutic.
