Got to admit I was a little doubtful of the benefit for spacetalk over the phone bans for this reason you mention.
Its a can of worms in respect that it now becomes a political argument and even borders on brand endorsement by the education Dept.
Could be a long hard road to squeezing one product out of a blanket ban.
