agree with JP26. I have changed my view since reading the document. NTA of 41cents, I can live with (still stand to make an okay profit), but the certainty & the dividends payout will make this a much better investment and attract a better base of investors. I also have no doubt the SP will initially decrease as the lenders start to sell down their holdings and hold no doubt CER shareholders aren't getting full value.

But personally, stand to make an okay profit, so will go with the gain & certainty.
