It looks like the loss in NTA in the Aggregation is due mainly to stamp duty on transfer of properties etc. I'm guessing that this type of cost is present if CER liquidated all the assets? It seems that the NTA of 44c does not include these very real costs... so we seem to have only 41c worth of NTA per share anyway... Anyone care to comment on whether or not this is correct?
