A yes vote will mean aggregation (and aggravation i guess) and SP of less than the value if all assets are sold, debts paid, and profits distributed.
BUT, it would mean the company would still be alive, and potentially live on to get stronger and eventually pay dividends.
A no vote means company gets wound up, debts paid, monies distributed to shareholders - what, about 41c ps? But then no long term prospects, no more company.
My ave is about 10c ps. I sold a lot last year, but I'm teetering on dumping the rest now mainly because of the "uncertainty" and moving on.
Clearly the price has been set/adjusted to float around the 27/28c mark.... chances it getting better anytime soon are slim... any thoughts? Comments? Thx.
