About 10 minutes ago I received a phone call asking if I would be participating in the shareholder SPP.
I said I thought it was a little unusual to receive a phone call regarding this.
Shares have been available for .05 or under (at times well under) this price. The only incentive is that there is no brokerage. The SPP has a minimum of $1,000. The public offer has a minimum of $2,000.
I'm sure I saw somewhere in the prospectus that the Application Form is attached to the prospectus, but I could not find one.
Applications close next Friday, May 27.
How do others read this? Are they having trouble getting takers?
