If interested, go to the Radar Iron Ltd website (www.radariron.com.au), under the Investor Information tab, click prospectus, tick the box at the bottom, and download the prospectus on-line.
The application forms for both the Share Purchase Plan and the Public Offer are found at the end of the prospectus on pages 125 and 127 of the downloaded document respectively. Instructions on how to complete the Application Forms can be found on pages 126 and 128.
Payment by EFT or Cheque. (No BPay).
Closing time and date 5:00pm AWST, 27 May 2016 (Friday).
I am unclear as to why no hard copy prospectus was mailed out as I was waiting for quite a while. Quite annoyed with that.
