Re costs. I raised this with management when talking about the power isuses. The new generators will be on lease (upward cost) and be fuelled by diesel (upward cost). If they still need the generators in 12ths time there is an option agreement to purchase. Same sort of thinking applies to any additional pumps on top of what is already in train. Remember diesel costs and duties are low in the region. The operating costs will still be very low in terms of revenue.
