    sorry, one more thing.... in regards to the new "superpump" used in qld floods, he said they're getting this in place as they are coming into the wet season and this would ensure they wont have excessive water issues.

    this is what gave me some confidence that they are now taking perhaps a more proactive approach to ensure smooth operation
