I simply figure that under either the all shere option, or even better with cash plus share option the transaction is sure to make money, 20 plus cents with the cash and less with the all share option. at todaus price aboout 53 cents worth of cooper plus 50 cents cash for 75cents, or 80 cents worth of coopershars under the 3.1 offer

The only risk is the big dropped and I think this may be a consideration in this market and then IPM will trade in the 60s along with other oilers. Even if this is the case, I will have the dividend. although I would take a loss.
