Is the board to blame for its panic to get an "independent report" or something out there to quell the up swell of protest to this deal ??
Did the board apply due diligence of qualifications or conflict of interest analysis when they found out that they needed to hire an independent analyst to produce an "independent report"?. Mmmmmmmmmmm! Do your own due diligence on that one!
Is the Co getting it so right in the area of finding gold ..yet appear to trip over the nuggets they dig up when it comes to PR to shareholders.
Does the motto "Aggressively expanding into a rising gold price" need to be revised to "Aggressively diminishing a Share price into a possible Takeover?
As of todays' SP, is this the start of the need for a manipulated depressed SP, as some bloggers appear to indicate will happen?
