    Was the call actually from PIO ?... or from SANLAM... maybe they are worried no punters waiting to buy their shares above the price they were issued to them... maybe without SPP uptake there will not be enough options issued to allow them to be listed on ASX... so if SANLAM happy to take up issue, why not underwrite SPP?... why is SPP not underwritten ?..
