i recieved a call from someone on behalf of isoft tonight. they were gauging my intent and also recommending that i vote on the proposed 17c buyout. he is even emailing voting papers as i can't locate my scheme book. it is looking too late now for a counter offer from someone else. i will be voting in favour and will have a small profit, but i do feel for the believers who had invested heavily at prices way north of the offer.
