    I had a phone call today from someone on behalf of IAW asking me if I was going to take up the placement offer.

    This appears to me an indication that placement responses are not going according to plan.

    As I indicated, when the placement offer of 10cents was announced,the sum of 10 cents was too low and would harm the share price rather then help and strenghen it.

    The Board got this placement offer totally wrong imho
