    IPO can not fail. 2 milion dollars in mining industry does not get you far at all. IMO few will cum up with that money and have it all what was diccoverd with SOC s/h money.If IPO trying to rise 20 milion for such project would be more convincing we do have honest deal going on.
    Just my thought and i might be wrong.
