Phone call to IOT

I am not a ramper in any way, I actually like this company and currently hold shares

But.............

* Today I have called the office multiple times throughout the day and no answer
* I then thought I would call technical support since surely they would be more responsive, and again no answer
* Thought I Would call Ian "D-Mak" Duffell, and his mobile is switched off and has been all day

Is a company at a supposed high level of readiness with a new launch supposed to be this un-contactable?
