I telephoned Jonathan White at about 12.35pm today. He was happy to share some information that he has kindly given permission for me to share with you. First of all, the LUA is now in the hands of the lawyers who are checking that the dots and Ts have been crossed correctly. Also, the issue of land tenure was an issue that has been resolved and to quote JW, "Its Indonesia so we have to be careful in this regard."

I also touched on the subject of corruption and if this was an issue with the LUA and QPN. JW stated that this was not an issue and no mosques or police or others are demanding any protection monies. JW, "Nothing like that has come come to my attention." JW also said that "It is Indonosia and things can take longer."

Land tenure (who actually owns the land,, IMO, was the main issue that needed to be clarified. So sit back and relax all is going to plan its all just taking longer than originally planned for. Hope this helps. G.
