To the posterss suggesting the insto are keeping price down so they get to average down. Say they pick up $25 mil at 65c (thats a 10c saving, forget the fact they could buy on market)

extra 5128205 shares at 65c for free which is $3.3Mil
What do you reckon the cost of keeping the price down just for the 5 VWA pricing period let alone the lead up time.
