Got home from work and there was a message on my voicemail from some mob representing Heron.
I can only guess that they are testing the waters to see whether they have the numbers to get the resolution up. And if this phone survey proves that they do not have the required votes, then I believe a higher offer may be forthcoming. It's just my hunch.
