The phone call (imo) is to confirm that you have received Heron's notice to GCR shareolders and of course, to ecourage you to vote.
If GCR shareholders abstain from voting and leave it up to others, there is only one way this can go.
With a rather stagnant company like GCR and it's abysmal share price doing nothing and going nowhere (except perhaps into Chinese hands in the not too distant future) I believe all Heron is attempting to do in the first instance, is to encourage perhaps apathetic shareholders to vote!!! otherwise, it is plainly obvious what the fnal outcome is likely to be.
