Or if the persons the subject of the EGM resolutions now just accepted defeat and walked away immediately rather than putting up a futile fight by squandering company money, they would be saving THC a truck load of $$$$...
They’ll be getting their formal marching orders on 15th, of course.
If AB has stated that he has a number of major shareholders with him already, then the other major shareholders will follow suit so they’re on the winning side.
It’s a given unfortunately for the IM camp.
AB is fully funding everything he is doing while THC management is fumbling around now trying to drum up support by any means they can, even wasting company money on computershare people to harass shareholders into keeping the status quo in management at any cost.
It’s all over bar the shouting IMO....
