They clearly aren't worried about spending our capital. The cost of this would be a lot less than they (under RT's control) blew through rushing the CR through at a 20% discount. They are clearly concerned and it is pretty obvious that without the extra 90 odd million votes they would be in trouble - I hope they still are in trouble AND that they get a "first strike".
