seems confident that we'll get TOL sometime in August...
confident in stronger REE prices, given they're stabilising in a subdued market...
TOL is for the whole plant, not only phase 1...
permanent operating licence a given, so long as LYC comply with guidelines of TOL (no more environment loop holes or for phase 2 etc)...
no short term equity raising, plenty of money to go round... 8m and month running costs, 124m in the bank...
seems confident that we'll get TOL sometime in August......
