Yes, I asked that question, and in response to MJM I believe his answer was indeed a fairly emphatic 'NO'; that he did not believe deferral of TOL until after the election was (likely or possible...?)
I was disappointed that more HC posters didn't ask questions ; eg about the poverty of shareholder factual information, etc.
