Being perfectly honest - no, I wouldn't have him run a company. Be a technical lead on a project, a product or development manager and guided by a stronger CEO, who can actually drive things - sure. Experience counts for a lot if utilised properly. If nothing else he's been part of the development for 10 years....

I did say before - I am not against change. In fact I do think some form of shakeup is needed. I'm just not for the proposed parties (who are nominating themselves) and I don't believe - they are the best course of action...

The want for change at all costs can't be so black and white. nothing in life is. So I guess my real sentiment is that. I am for change. I'm just against this particular change.

re the 700k - if the project is delivered, I don't care.. it'll be a drop in the ocean. And do you really think any incoming people will be paid less? I mean seriously, how many CEOs of a decent sized company are on less than 500k....
