PB is definitely overpaid, but you cannot say he's on 700k and not dipping into his pocket. 170k of that is in performance-based share issues.
So you can say he's on 700k, and only putting 170k per year into buying shares, or he's on 520k and not putting any into shares, but to say it otherwise is wrong.
Either way, I completely accept the need for change and am excited to see it happen. As I said, if PB is thrown out with the bath water, I won't lose sleep.
