Loves. He won't dump his shares. Deep down he knows his performance has been sub par. While fighting to keep his position he will be very much aware that the new team will see significant appreciation in the share price . His salary package loss will be more than ever compensated. It would be in everybodys interests if both J.E and P.B resigned gracefully.
As an aside, I looked back on all those interviews with Kerry. Same old - huge disconnect between NPV and sp but nothing changed.
