Given Konig has sold his house and horse, there is every chance he has skipped town or even the country so no chance of getting much info from him. Previous court docs said Konig had the costs documentation sent straight to his house and say on it for 3 weeks meaning LWP almost missed the appeal deadline.
Remember these guys have been running scams for years and have a network of accountants and lawyers - facilitators - to help them so would likely all pass the buck back to Konig who has disappeared.
