IOW probably no business continuity cover - but personal cover for the workers or policies with GXY the owner and the lives insured being the workers so GXY can make a payout to injured and families of deceased.
If they were USA based then the past and still serving Directors should just open up their wallets now. On ASX, who knows.
Will wait to see what Salty can get on the continuity insurance before I allow my BP to get any higher :).
