I'm actually more nervous now that Zim investor /SI raise is closer now as I was wondering about this but the comments above that the RI shortfall needed to close before they could invest makes sense now. The way it traded today not sure either if there are whispers in the broker world but hopefully the majority goes to the zim investors who won't flip. Still will be some dilution that will occur here.

what makes me think a farm in or gsa isn't coming until after the flow test results is the comment

What does seem different this time though is they are gearing up further funding agreements that maybe Contingent on PpSA and flow test outcomes for future wells which is better then the previous plans of hoping for the best that the market pumps so they can raise more cash.
