The former Reserve Bank of Zimbabwe (RBZ) governor Dr. John Mangudya took over the CEO role on 1st of May at the state-owned Mutapa Investment Fund and it was mentioned in an article by Reuters early March, that he would lead government negotiations with Invictus and our director Robin Sutherland was quoted that "He wants to fast-track the negotiations to get them done and mentioned weeks rather than months or years,"
Nice reaffirmation by Scott what we had already read in March and that still "everything is on track to get it delivered shortly"...!!! PPSA seems not too far away now...
Also good to hear that potential partners were brought-in in April - which might mean that everything is closely "orchestrated" in the background...
