    so looks like PAC will walk away with the 15m retail entitlement because they've overloaded the sell side and put up a couple 100K's worth of shares at the equivalent price of the retail offer. Ridiculous. IVZ watchers, now is your time. Not going to get cheaper without the instos losing money. I've loaded as much as I can at 11c. C'mon newsflow.
