was - once typical or even conservative cutoffs are applied for
porosity, permeability, saturation, etc….based on past experience
through your career, what range of net pay could we expect to see out of
this 225m? Is it common to only see 5%-10% for say 10-20m out of the
gross 225m? Or would figures closer to 25% or 50% or greater be more
realistic based on what you’ve seen in the past?"

Impossible for me to guess at petrophysical parameters without some hard data in front of me. 25-50% porosity very unlikely....looking at the general basin geology and allowing for depth and location within the basins I'd expect maximum porosity values to be around 15%.
