    Don't think so. It was a lady asking about costs to repair a 2012 Prius that was being auctioned with an apparent battery fault. I asked her to get a quote from Toyota as her local mechanic had said. $15K. She's a smart business woman so would of asked the right questions.
    I believe that battery is the cheaper NiMh type and prices have come down over time.

    Generally I find statements about EV's are biased one way or the other and incorrect.
