The photo above is of a boiler explosion in a pressure vessel explosion where pressure was less than 250si.

Do you reckon you'd feel comfortable standing next to an MDT blow down rig rated to 5000psi with fluid at 6000psi running through it.

There are regulations that dictate what you can and cannot stick on an aircraft as freight....IVZ is legally obliged to adhere to those regulations.
