It is very believable. Scott has a history of taking the time to talk to retail shareholders when he has the time. There are times that he doesn't respond to shareholder questions because of the sensitivity of the work that the company is doing, for example, while drilling is in progress. However, many shareholders have found him to be most accessible. I don't know why those other two didn't get through. Perhaps they called when the office was closed for holidays over the Christmas/New Year break? Don't know the timing of the calls so it's impossible to say.
