Tried ringing Mr Henry company secretary 3 times today ... Each time he is on phone lol ... Maybe quite a few people ringing about deal ... My broker said that nothing wrong with deal if 1 big lump conversion and SOC can buy back like says ... Basically Bergen stock escrowed kinda thing ... I ask about playing games and he said not likely if restriction there like mr Von and Mr dazedandconfused pointed out :) ... I actually very happy about deal now ... If stock go back to 20cents per share like someone said then The Bergen guy get stock at 18cents per share !!! That a premium and 1 big lump at once ... They have to play nice to sell out at profit because not many share trade on a day ... This all sound very good to me :) let get Arcadia result ... Throw cat in with pidgeon with a new pipe !!! Longer Bergen take to swap for stock the better if we keep going higher ... Excited a little now :)
