I didn't ask who approached who no sorry, I suppose I could later in the week as I want to clarify 1 or 2 more things about the deal, just minor details

I agree though, on face value the deal was a little confusing and vague, but once you get into the crux of it and see the conditions on them selling, converting, disposing etc it is structured around a long term investment rather than short term scalp

If you consider they can only sell a % of the daily volume, should they convert at 20c for arguement and ease of calculation sake, that is 5M+ shares - assume they can sell 25% of the daily volume then that is 200M of volume required to exit their entire position

Hence why the more I look at the deal and do the numbers, the more I think they are trying to get set before pumping it to their next week - this needs big volume and price rise for them to benefit really
