Thanks Mr Von !!! So if stock hasn't traded Bergin can't sell ... That is actually the best mechanism in the whole thing to me :) ... They have to pull their finger out lol and generate liquidity or maybe pump her in New York ... If no trades then they can't sell a percent % of zero can they ??? I don't want to be over excited but maybe they do like this or why agree to all these conditions ??? I would not agree not to sell more than a percent % of day volume in a stock ever !!! You can't dump ... But these dudes said ok ... So if SOC isn't trading Bergin can't be selling :) ... higher price the better ... Maybe they will do research and pump haha ... Only take 1 big hedge fund like SOC and buy on market for Bergin to sell out and we all happy ... May too early but I really really like this deal now it is very crafty by SOC ... Now just push the price up up up and have Bergen stuck at high price and need to bring volume to get out lol perfect :) ... Anyone else speak with Mr Henry ???
